1) The terms and conditions mentioned below constituted agreement between Rich Point Vision Satara & its distributors who participate in the program by becoming as distributors of Rich Point Vision Satara.
2) Distributors are not the employee of the Rich Point Vision Satara.
3) Rich Point Vision Satara hereby will not assure and do not promise any particular monetary gains to its distributors for participation in Rich Point Vision Income Project.
4) Participation in Rich Point Vision Income Project is purely voluntary.
1) Any person 18 years and above can become a distributor of Rich Point Vision without any investment. Joining is easy and absolutely free.
2) Distributors can’t join a person who has been already introduced in order to maintain viable network Rich Point Vision Satara.
3) Rich Point Vision Satara reserves all the rights to make any amendments is necessary whenever in case of agreement income or reward / awards.
4) For change of nomination distributor has to provide affidavit on Rs. 500/- stamp paper.
5) Rs. 100/- will be charges of new I.D card.
1) Distributors is not authorized to make any false promise or commitment to a independent distributors.
2) The sales of Rich Point Vision Satara income project does not create or constitute a joint or collaborative venture or partnership of any kind between Rich Point Vision Satara & its independent distributors.
3) The Rich Point Vision Satara has rights to continue or discontinue any distributorship with or without giving any prior notice.
4) The R.P.V.S. reserves the rights to amend and terms & conditions which shall be binding on the distributors any disputes arising will be arbitrated by the director of the R.P.V.S.
5) Any material is threatening, abusive, defamatory obscene otherwise unlawful.
6) Any material that violates the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or their property right.
7) A distributor of the R.P.V.S. is not an employee, agent, partner or a legal representative of the R.P.V.S. A distributor is a business owner doing his / her business independently.
8) During the sale of products distributor should not force the consumer / any other distributor and not make any misleading or false commitment.
9) Distributor must not at any time and in any manner suggest or imply that he/she is the employee or in partnership or in joint venture or agent or a legal representative of Rich Point Vision Satara.
10) Any person who not got any payout from set income for 12 months his distributorship (ID) will be cancelled.
11) The R.P.V.S. cannot be held responsible any legal issue for brochures, pamphlet or any other communications printed by the distributor.
12) Any changes in the system procedures changes in the package of government which we have direct effect on our business, will also be unvariably reflected in out agency business all distributors are bound to adhere to these changes.
1) In case of any active distributors passess away the distributorship would be transferred in favour of the nominee as mentioned in the form on production on necessary documents.
1) If any distributor is found working against the interest of the R.P.V.S., would be terminated from his affiliation as a distributor of the R.P.V.S.
1) TDS & other government taxes shall be deducted as per government laws.
2) The income earned by the distributors will be depend on his/her and their downline distributor performance.
3) Distributor must give his/her active participation & best efforts to provide support & training his/her team.
